Spanish 6th grade
This month we will:

• continue working with the alphabet and conversational vocab
• learn about where in the world Spanish is spoken
• learn the countries and capitals cities where Spanish is the official language
• participate in our first story
• review numbers 0-31

Tarea:  Quiz on Spanish-speaking countries and capitals on Tues, Oct 11 (Days 1&3), and Fri, Oct 14 (Days 2 & 4).

Spanish 8th grade Upper Standard

This month we will:

• demonstrate our learning of weather expressions
• start reading Pobre Ana
• learn about Estar and conditions/emotions
• learn about the Present progressive
• learn about Direct Object Pronouns

This month we will:

• continue learning about Estar + participles/ conditions & emotions
• participate in a story telling activity
• complete a culture project and present
• learn about the present progressive
• learn about Direct Object pronouns

Tarea:  Read Chp 3 of Pobre Ana for Wed, Oct 5.
