Hola, estudiantes:
We will be using this blog numerous times per week for Term 3 and Term 4.  I will post assignments and up-coming assessments here, as well as the monthly topics.
We will also use links that can be found here for practice. You will be directed to bookmark this page on your Chromebook on the first day of Term 3.


Spanish 6th- For the final days of the month, we will review policies and procedures for class, have a brief review of vocabulary and grammar, and introduce the storytelling component of class.




Spanish 7th- For the final days of the month, we will review policies and procedures for the class, take a pre-assessment, and start ER/ IR verbs.

Tarea:  Quiz on ER/IR verbs on Thurs, Feb 4.

For 2015-2016 school year, you will need:

  • a binder with filler paper
  • pencils
  • a dry-erase marker


Optional items:  index cards, colored pencils, a glue stick, a pair of scissors

  • take a quiz (post test) on subject pronouns and the forms of ser

  • synthesize the vocab and grammar we have learned so far by creating conversations to present to classmates
  • learn how to say "going to" do something
  • Have Term 3 test
  • continue working with Chp 4 grammar

6th grade
This month we will:
  • continue learning about how to tell time in Spanish
  • present our Readers Theater stories (Days 1 & 3 - Mar 12; Days 2& 4 - Mar 11; please RSVP to rgough@hinghamschools.org, if you'd like to attend)
  • have a test on time and articles
  • begin working with descriptive adjectives
